The photobombing felines: Worldwide internet craze of ruining the perfect picture isn't just for humans as cats and other animals get in on the action
|
Cats have always loved being the centre of attention but these felines have taken it one step further - stealing the limelight by photobombing unsuspecting snappers.
'Photobombing' - or ruining someone's picture - has fast become an internet favourite and it's not only humans getting in on the action, but animals too.
Internet blog BuzzFeed has put together a collection of the best - and funniest - pictures posted online.
Cats away: A grey moggy displays some impressive acrobatic skills as it flies past a group of friends having lunch in the countryside
Hogging the limelight: A doting cat owner attempts to take a picture with his beloved pet - only for the black and white moggy to fill up the camera lens
Look who's behind you: A dog happily poses for a picture unaware that a rather angry looking cat hiding peeping out from a wall behind him
And these cheeky creatures have done their utmost to make sure they get in on the picture - ruining an otherwise perfectly good snap.
One cat displays some impressive acrobatic skills by flying through the scenic background as a group of friends take a picture of themselves having lunch in the countryside.
Another
black and white moggy has no interest in taking a nice photo with his
owner - and instead fills the camera screen with his furry face.
In another picture, a cat looks like it is playing a bizarre game of hide and seek and it jumps out the cameraman but keeps its paws covered over its eyes.
Other pictures included a bird ruining the perfect holiday snap, a hungry bear sneaking up on an unsuspecting mother and child, and a hippo swiming in for a close-up.
Peek-a-boo: This scaredy cat hides behind his paws as he leaps off the ground towards the cameraman
Eerie: This pure white cat looks a bit ghostly drifting into the background of a picture of a dog snuggled up on the floor
Smile: While one tabby kitten looks less than impressed with having his photo taken, his furry pal can't hide his excitement and jumps in on the picture
Ruining the perfect shot: A pigeon manages to get in the way of a perfect holiday picture in Venice
Just dropping in: A hippo gets up as close as possible to the glass to have his picture taken with a waterworld visitor
Ignorance is bliss: A mother and child are blissfully unaware of the very unhappy bear roaring outside their car at a safari park
Reining the shot: A happy couple pose up for a wedding snap but just a horse and the bride's flower make it into the photo
